Shipping & Processing Time
We aim to process and ship your order within 2-7 business days. Orders are shipped on business days only via USPS, FedEx, or UPS, and tracking numbers will be provided once shipped. Transit times are determined by the carrier.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us via email. We do not accept returns for cross-contamination reasons.

We only replace items damaged during our process. If your item is damaged in shipping, please email us with photos of the damage and the carrier's sticker.
Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility and may not be refundable. If approved, refunds may also deduct return shipping costs.
Please note: exchanges may be delayed due to carrier-related issues.
Late or Missing Refunds
