Shipping, Refunds and Return Policy

Shipping & Turnaround Times
At Emaje Naturals, all products are made to order and typically are mailed out within 2 days after processing. Any orders received after 12pm on Saturdays will be mailed out on the next business day. We utilize the Unites States Postal Service's 2 day Priority Shipping services. Transit times are scheduled to be delivered within 2 days (location pending). **Due to COVID-19 interference, the USPS have delayed shipping in some areas.


We have a 30 day return policy. To be eligible for a return, you must email us within 5 days of receiving your item(s) (we will verify the dates by utilizing the USPS tracking number we provided you), your item must be in our original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

If we can not verify any correspondence that you attempted to reach us we will not offer a refund or exchange. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed. Your banking institution will be able to verify that we submitted the refund to them. We are not able to confirm when your refund will appear in your account. Your banking institution is your point of contact for that information/confirmation.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our process. If it is damaged through the USPS there will be a sticker attached to your package. If you receive your item in this form please email us with pictures of the USPS damaged sticker and your items. 

You may be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are typically non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

Your exchange may be delayed due to your location. This is a USPS issue. You will receive the tracking confirmation from us. It is your responsibility to track your package. We ship all packages through the Priority Mail portal. You should expect your package within 2 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your approved refund, refresh your browser and check your bank account again. Then contact your banking institution or credit card company. Your payment institution will confirm receipt of our refund. They can also inform you of when the refunded amount will be posted into your account.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. You may receive a credit contingent our approval.
